About Me:
Hello! My name is Emily Schelling. I have been teaching in the world of special education for 11 years. I have enjoyed spending those years working in Fayetteville Perry in both the high school and middle school cross-categorical units, serving students with multiple disabilities.
My passion is helping students find and reach their potential! My philosophy of teaching is that every student can learn and deserves to have learning made accessible to them.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education - University of Cincinnati
Licensure in both Mild/Moderate Intervention and Moderate/Intense Intervention

I believe that every student has unique strengths and learning styles. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to achieve their best. I use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group work, and technology integration, to make learning fun and effective.
