About Me:
Hello! My name is Kelley Douglas. I am currently in my 18th year of teaching and 9th year at Fayetteville Elementary, teaching 4th grade. I am married and the mother of 4 children, ages 12, 9, 4, and 2.
I have a wide variety of teaching experience from 2nd grade through 8th grade. I have taught ELA every year! Teaching is my passion and I appreciate you sharing your children with me.

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education - [Wilmington College]

Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that every student has unique strengths and learning styles. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to achieve their best. I use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group work, and technology integration, to make learning fun and effective.
