Click the link below to complete the Open Enrollment Application (one student per application).
Proof of residence is required for open-enrollment students. Please see the list below
You will need ONE of the following:
-Signed Lease/Rental Agreement
-Mortgage Statement
-Property Tax Bill
-Deed
-Payroll check stub (dated within the past 30 days)
-Utility Bill (dated within the past 60 days)
-Brown County Job and Family Service letter (dated within the past 60 days)
-Recent Income tax return (dated within the past year)
The deadline for accepting open enrollment students is August 1st. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Superintendent.

The completed form will automatically be emailed to the Superintendent Secretary.
Approval will be sent via mail. Once approval is received, complete the registration form, gather the necessary documents, and make an appointment with the registrar to enroll.
Please note: Transportation is not provided for Open Enrollment Students unless there is room on the route and students can board a bus at an established bus stop, with the permission of the Transportation Department.
