About Me:
Hello! My name is Rita McDonald, and I am thrilled to be teaching 5th grade this year. I have been teaching for over 27 years, and my passion is helping students discover their potential and develop a love for learning.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education - Wilmington College
Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction - Walden University
Certified in Elementary Education
Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that every student has unique strengths and learning styles. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to achieve their best. I use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group work, and technology integration, to make learning fun and effective.
