About Me:
Hello! My name is Sarah Moore, and I am thrilled to be the intervention specialist for students in kindergarten through third grade. I have been teaching for over 10 years, and this is my 6th year as an intervention specialist at Fayetteville Perry Local Schools. My passion is to make a positive difference in the life of a student.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education - Wilmington College
Master’s Degree in special education Western Governors University
Certified in reading ( prek-12)
4th and 5th grade endorsement
Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that every student can learn. My goal is to create a safe and engaging classroom environment. My students will feel safe to make mistakes and learn from our mistakes and learn from others. I use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities and group work. I use the I do, we do. you do approach when working with children on new and challenging concepts.
