Alexandria Hope Belcher is a Kindergarten teacher at FPES where she’s been teaching since 2018. Alex has a B.A. in Elementary Education from Northern Kentucky University; she holds an Early Childhood (P-3) license with an Early Childhood Generalist (4-5) endorsement, and Alex is currently finishing the final year of the Ohio Department of Education’s Resident Educator program. Outside of the classroom, Alex enjoys camping and relaxing with her husband, Brandon and their two little ones – Kaison (19 months) and Torrance (5 months).

Jeff Lockhart teaches US History, Government, and Psychology at FPHS. He has dedicated eighteen years to teaching the students of FPLS including several years teaching US History and World History at the middle school. Jeff has a B.A. in History from Thiel College, a Masters in Education Administration from Xavier University, and he holds an AYA (7-12) Integrated Social Studies License as well as a MS and HS Principal License. Outside of the classroom, Jeff works with students as a high school football coach and as the Mock Trial advisor, leading his Mock Trial team to the Regional competition multiple times! Jeff is an avid reader who also enjoys fishing and spending time with his two children, Jack and Ann, and his wife, Erika.

Beth Smith has taught Anatomy, Biology, Environmental Science, and Physical Science during her thirty year teaching career -- sixteen of those years at FPHS. Beth has a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education from Miami University and holds a Professional High School (7-12) License in Biological Science and General Science. She serves as the Science Club Advisor and especially enjoys preparing students for the annual Envirothon competition. Beth also serves on the Building Leadership team. When she’s at home, Beth loves cooking for her two grown children, Carrie and Andy, and walking her dogs, Mac and Shadow.

Cindy St.Clair has been a fixture at FPLS for over four decades where she has taught a wide array of music classes to students in grades 4-12. She currently serves as the Middle/High School General Music and Instrumental Music Instructor for grades 6-12. Cindy has a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Morehead State University, a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Supervision from the University of Dayton, and she holds a Permanent (K-12) Music Certificate. Cindy is the director of the FPLS Marching Band, Pep Band, and Concert Band, and she hosts the legendary FPLS Band Camp each summer!. Throughout her long career in education, Cindy has supported both her students and her peers, serving as the long-time FPEA President. Cindy and her husband, David, have been married for 38 years; they have a son, Christopher, and three dogs, Bentley, Brutus, and Happy.
